Are items sold at All Your Bliss authentic originals?

We take careful measures to ensure that every item listed for sale is authentic.

What condition are the items in?

We are selective in the luxury goods we sell, we generally sell only new, like new or gently used items. Every item includes a detailed description of its condition and images of any slight flaws or signs of wear. We do not sell items that are damaged beyond regular wear and tear (broken hardware, zippers, significant tears or stains).

Are pre-owned items cleaned or reconditioned prior to being listed for sale?

Absolutely. Leather goods go through conditioning and cleaning the exterior, cleaning the interior, and polishing hardware. Jewelry is cleaned and polished.

Do items come with original packaging and paperwork?

Items that come with their original boxes, dust bags, authenticity certificates, and manuals will contain the appropriate message in their product descriptions.

Are the images shown on your website or social media of the actual items listed for sale?

Yes, we take detailed images of every product that we sell. We do our best to provide images of areas of wear for a pre-owned item.

Can I be notified when a particular item arrives into inventory?

Yes you can send us a message or text to 956-616-8629, let us know of item or brand you are looking for, we will add your information to our WISH LIST customer sheet and notify you we get one in.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We only collect sales tax for orders shipped to Texas state.

Do you offer layaway or financing?

Yes, we offer 30-day layaway, with 25% down of the price of the item.

Do you have a showroom or retail store where I can shop in person?

Yes. Our showroom is conveniently located at 5401 N. 10th Street Suite 114, McAllen, TX 78504 (10th Street and Dove)


Is a signature required upon delivery?

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $100.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Not at the moment. Don’t worry, we are currently working on getting that started for you soon.

What is your return policy?

If you shop at our store in McAllen, we have an ALL SALES final policy. If you placed an order over the phone or online then we offer 15-day return policy.

How long does it take to process a return?

Within 10-14 business days upon receiving your returned merchandise, we will issue a refund for the original sales price and any taxes in the same form as the original payment method. Please note that this credit will not include any original shipping charges.


Do you offer consignment sales?

We’re committed to selling your items quickly while bringing the best value within the pre-owned luxury goods market. With our effective merchandising and market reach, 85% or our luxury items sell within 30 days. Best of all, we charge a low 38% consignment fee.

Who sets the price for the items?

We BOTH price the items according to the CONDITION, RETAIL PRICE, and YEAR of item.

How long do you keep the items on consignment?

We keep items for 90 days, if after the 90 days it doesn’t sell, you can pick up items or reduce the price.

What condition should merchandise be in?

We accept handbags in new, like new, gently used and well-used conditions. Shoes and sunglasses in like new condition only.

Can we trade our items for something in the store?

All items belong to different consignors, so we can’t do an even trade, however, once your item sells you can use your store credit to purchase or put an item on layaway.

How long does it take to receive my check?

Consignors are paid by check after their items are sold and payment has cleared. Checks are written on Fridays. All Your will provide the Consignor with detailed invoicing records pertaining to Consignors account.
